Accessibility Statement

The site has been made accessible to level AA as far as possible for a map-based interface. Accessibility is built into the site’s own code (no blocking third-party overlay) and has been tested in common browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile.

• A persistent accessibility button in the corner of the screen, on every page.
• Text size increase and decrease (80%-150%).
• High-contrast mode.
• Link highlighting (underline).
• Stop animations and motion.
• Light/dark map display mode.
• Full keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter) with a clear focus indicator.
• Screen-reader support: hierarchical headings, ARIA labels, alt text for images and buttons.
• Portrait and landscape support, and browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.

Some content is displayed through third-party components that are not fully under our control - mainly Google Maps, video players and the payment provider’s checkout. These may not be fully accessible. Every place on the map has a text description, and the information is also available through the “Open list” view or by contacting customer service, who will gladly provide it in an alternative format.

User-generated content (reviews, photos) may not meet all accessibility requirements. We continue to improve and to fix issues as they are found.
