The Service is operated by a private business trading as “Prague Pearls - Travel with Viki”.

We sell digital information products: interactive maps of Prague, guides, and personal itinerary planning services. Access is granted online immediately after payment, through the email address used at checkout.

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own trip. Copying, distributing, reselling, publishing, or sharing access credentials, screenshots or exported data with third parties is prohibited.

We may suspend accounts that share access, attempt to scrape the map data, or otherwise abuse the Service.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never store card details.

Promotional prices and coupons apply only while displayed and cannot be applied retroactively.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping your login details confidential. The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over.

Recommendations reflect personal experience and are provided for guidance only. Opening hours, prices and availability of venues change and are outside our control. Links to external sites, booking partners and Google Maps are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, prices or service.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the content, including travel decisions, bookings, closures or incidents at recommended venues.

We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the binding one. These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
