• Account details: email address, display name and profile picture (if uploaded).
• Purchase data: order number, products purchased and payment status. Card details are never stored by us.
• Content you create: private pins, favourites, reviews and photos.
• Itinerary planning details: name, phone, preferred dates and trip preferences.
• Technical usage data: browser type, device and IP address, for security and operations.
• Messages sent to our assistants, in order to respond and improve the service.

Location permission is used only to calculate distances and sort “nearest to me”. Your location is processed in your browser and stored locally on your device; it is not sent to our servers. You can revoke the permission at any time in your browser settings.

• Granting access to purchased products and identifying existing customers.
• Support, customer service and appointment scheduling.
• Sending receipts, purchase confirmations and service notices.
• Marketing emails - only with consent, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
• Improving the service, security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with providers essential to running the service: hosting and database provider, payment processor, email provider, Google Maps for the map display, and a language-model provider for the assistants. We may also disclose information where required by law.

The site uses cookies and local storage of the following types:

• Essential cookies - required for sign-in, session handling and basic functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• Preference cookies - remember choices such as language (Hebrew/English) and accessibility settings.
• Anonymous analytics cookies - help us understand general usage. Enabled only after your consent.

Data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and row-level access controls. Data is kept while your account is active and for any further period required by accounting and legal obligations.

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
