Payment, cancellation and WhatsApp availability

After landing, at least one member of your group must be available on WhatsApp and tell the driver the estimated time needed for airport checks and exiting the airport.

The displayed price includes your transfer and selected child seats, with no extra waiting or parking charges. Pay the deposit online and the balance to the driver. Deposits are non-refundable for ordinary cancellation; contact us for a force-majeure refund review. Cancellation requires at least 24 hours before pickup; later cancellation or a no-show incurs the full ride price. This site does not automatically charge an additional amount to your card. Round-trip discounts and gifts require both rides; contact us if you need to cancel only one direction.
